Frederick Carroll A member of the HPROA, Frederick Carroll A member of the HPROA, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016. Fred joined Police Academy Class #67 on November 11, 1974. He retired in 2004 while last assigned to the Homicide Division. He is survived by his wife Marietta E. Carroll. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
