James E. Goodman:(4-19-17 nf) HPROA member passed away last night as he mourned the loss of Elna Lucille Goodman, his wife of 71 years who passed away Sunday. April 16, 2017. James Johnson was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He joined the Houston Police Department on February 23, 1946. Lieutenant Goodman retired on February 27, 1981, out of the Accident Division.
