Floyd Lavern Williams, HPROA member passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at the age of 90. He is survived by his wife Margie Pollock Williams. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He joined the Houston Police Department on November 16, 1953, Academy Class #10. Officer Williams retired on February 14, 1975, out of the Point Control Division.

A visitation will be held before the Funeral Service at Forest Park East Funeral Home on Monday, April 24, 2017, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
