James N. Flagg A member of the HPROA passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017, at the age of 79. He is survived by his wife Judith Ann Flagg. He joined the Houston Police Department on September 14, 1959, Academy Class #22. Sergeant Flagg retired on August 26, 1982.
