Joel Daniel, Jr. a member of the HPROA, Retired Police Officer and Technical Hardware Analyst, Passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at the age of 76. He is survived by his wife Judith L. Daniel. He started his Law EnforcRetired Police Officer and Technical Hardware Analystement career with the Jacinto City, Magnolia, and Jersey Village Police Departments. He joined the Houston Police Department on May 20, 1963, Academy Class #28. During his career with the Houston Police Department he was assigned to the Fleet Unit, the Central, Jail, and Northwest Divisions. Police Officer Daniel retired on March 26, 1988. He came back to work for the department on November 12, 1991 as a Technical Hardware Analyst, assigned to the Office of Technology Services, retiring on January 1, 2002.
