James H. Haralson , A member of the HPROA. passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018, at the age of 61. He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara A. Haralson. He joined the Houston Police Department on December 18, 1978, Academy Class #84. During his career with the department, he was assigned to the Northeast, Emergency Communications, Northwest, and Burglary and Theft Divisions, retiring on September 25, 2004.
