Lee Hoffman, Jr. , A member of the HPROA, passed away on Tuesda2019, at the age of 80. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He is survived y, May 28, by his wife, Veronica M. Hoffman. He joined the Houston Police Department on October 17, 1960, Academy Class #24. During his career with the department, he was assigned to the Traffic/Point Control and the Special Operations Divisions. Police Officer Hoffman retired on March 27, 1981.

Funeral Service will be held at Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home, on Friday, May 31, 2019, starting at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Schulenburg City Cemetery, in Schulenburg, Texas.
