Retired Police Officer Billy “BF” Lilley passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021, at the age of 89. He is preceded in death by his wife Ellis Marie Lilley. He is the father of Retired Senior Police Officer Russell F. Lilley. He is a Veteran of the United States Army. He joined the Houston Police Department on December 29, 1958, Academy Class #20. During his tenure with the department, he was assigned to the North Division and Auto Theft Division/Auto Dealers Detail. Police Officer Lilley retired on March 3, 2001.

A visitation will be held before the Funeral Service at Pace Stancil Funeral Home – Cleveland on Friday, February 5, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will start at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery, in San Jacinto County, Texas.
