Conrad Dippel a member of the HPROA passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019, at the age of 71. He joined the Houston Police Department on August 28, 1967, Academy Class #36. Throughout his whole career with the department, he was assigned to the Traffic and Accident Division. Police Officer Dippel retired on March 11, 1988.
